INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups whole frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup pureed dates
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, plus some zest
- 3/4 cup purred dates
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tablespoons chopped cold butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In an 8×8 dish mix together the strawberries, dates, corn starch, lemon juice and zest.
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Once mixed well spread over the strawberry mixture and bake for 40-45 minutes.
