Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. On a lined cookie sheet toss the brussels sprouts with oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove from oven and evenly toss in balsamic vinegar and honey.
