INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- On a lined cookie sheet toss the brussels sprouts with oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and evenly toss in balsamic vinegar and honey.
