INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups berries
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 2 tablespoons Gelatin
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the berries and orange juice until smooth. Then poor the berry mixture into a fine mesh strainer and separate the juice from the seeds. You may need a spatula to help the juice move through and push the seeds aside.
- Then pour the mixture into a pan and add honey. Over medium heat, stir to combine.
- Add the gelatin, whisking continuously, and bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce the head to low and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- You can pour the mixture into a 8×8 baking dish or silicone molds of your choice.
- Place mold in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until completely firmed up.
- Once set, either pop out of the molds or if using a baking dish, cut into squares and enjoy!
NOTES
- If using store bought orange juice, make sure its pulp free
- Usually use 1/2 blackberries and 1/2 raspberries. You could also use peaches! Really any fruit or berries will work
- We use grass-fed unflavored gelatin from Hearthy Foods, you can find lots of options on Amazon.
- We use silicone molds bought on Amazon that are hearts, dinosaurs, bears, and donuts.
