INGREDIENTS
- 1 can black beans
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5-7 dates
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8 pan.
- Combine all ingredients in Vitamix or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer to greased pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
NOTES
- After cooking the brownies, if they look a bit undercooked, place them in the fridge overnight and they will magically firm up!
